Saturday 21 Sept, tonight Mum and I along with Alistair attended the reception for Alistair's brother David's marriage to Nicola. As Mum and I sat during this special night it was difficult to keep our minds from seeing that special day for our lovely girl, the wedding of her and Alistair, what a special time that was. They made the most lovely couple you could imagine so much happiness from everyone attending. Me Cheryl's Dad had to force myself to try and put those times out of my mind, but seeing the happiness of David and Nicola made trying to stop the sadness so very difficult. It seems not a day goes by some little reminder brings back all the days we so despair of.
