Here we are just as always visiting Cheryl's Memorial,we just constantly need to do something, anything to be near our dear Cheryl. This is our reality of being near her to look again and again at a few pictures. As Christmas approaches many people understandably ask "what are you doing over xmas" Well!! once such a happy and special time for us, but now our biggest happiness has gone, and so we wish it could all just pass very quickly. As each year comes around our wee lass seems to get farther from our reach. Possibly you may think time passes we must accept our lives have changed and carry on, we do carry on but we have a sadness that never leaves us. So before you say this to any grieving parent just think for a moment, how would you see the approach of this special time without the most precious of all hearts beside you, it is a time for family and loved ones to be together. Time does pass but Christmas is like a marker in our lives. For us who once were so close to Cheryl her birthday was also December 12 and makes this time even more difficult...Why is our special person not here beside us ....So "What will you do for Christmas" Our special time will be Chirstmas Eve when we will go with Alistair to where his lovely wife and our daughter now lie and be with her again, our beautifull wee Chezzy as her God daughter called her, light her candles and tell her we love her so very very much...Alistair Mum & Dad Just getting on with it!!!...xxxxx
