Another step along the way and like many other days that pass a sadness can never seems far away. A dear lady an old friend was laid to rest today,Betty King the mother of Frank and Janie such a kind soul and someone who gave us much support in our own tragic time left us to be with God. The chapel was absolutely full to overflowing such was the respect for this lady and her family. Her son Father King in memory of his Mum told of many times past and although this was such a difficult day had us laughing at some of the great stories he told,the tearfull pause at the end as he tried bravely to contain his sadness had the congregation out of understanding give a spontaneous applause. At the Airbles Road Cemetary for Mum and myself just like all our Saturday visits there our tears could not be held back, memories came flooding back knowing our wee lass lay not far from the large crowd of mourners. We gave our condolences to the family Frank Janie and Ross then went to be beside our lovely wee lass Cheryl. How upsetting this fleeting visit was to be for us, such a lovely day and as always our girl was smiling that lovely smile to us both. We held each others hand and cried again, not saying anything we both understood how each of us was feeling..Our despair for our loss of Cheryl will never leave us.. We sadly declined the offer to go to the final meal for Betty and went back home our thoughts back in happy days now gone..Mum Dad Click on any picture to enlarge it >>>>>
